Integrated Solutions is a Network Integration and IT consultancy business targeting Network LAN/WAN connectivity and application integration.

Our business model does not focus just on the sale of IT hardware but instead concentrates on networking and connectivity solutions. Integrated Solutions aims to provide Australia and surrounding International regions with IT technical support and solutions, project planning/management and other additional services including hardware maintenance contracts and IT technical training. Our Digital Office solutions comprise the leaders in content management and digital dictation.

All of Integrated Solutions' technical team have various current industry recognised accreditations and are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field.

We have been involved in the IT project management for the Cairns Convention Centre, Royal Australian Navy Ninsoe Implementation (Cairns & Darwin), PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Cairns), Island Industries Board (Thursday Island), Horwarth Kehoe Smith (Cairns) as well as being involved in the installation and continued support of medium professional & large hospitality networks throughout Cairns and surrounding regions.

I.S is involved in the development and implementation of wireless technology for Queensland Health, Daikyo Australia and four (4) remote sites in Papua new Guinea.

As part of Integrated Solutions continued growth into South East Asia, I.S has achieved registration as an overseas company in Papua New Guinea and with our proven track record, I.S has successfully implemented remote location solutions.

Integrated Solutions also has solutions to improve workflow productivity and lower costs with Document and Voice Management.

FUTURE GOALS

Integrated Solutions' business plan for the next 18-24 months includes our expansion into further networking related products and to increase our specialisation in satellite, voice, digital and wireless technology.

Our goal will be to expand the availability of our services down the east coast of Australia to be able to better serve our clients more efficiently and effectively.

We plan to increase client perceptions of the services that are available and to introduce a number of new services into Australia and surrounding International regions by promoting the professional services grouping and by the utilisation of our support and training associates.
