Winscribe
Agfa Web 1000 module
Available as a separate module, is a custom version of the Internet Author designed specifically to work on the AGFA PACS DS 3000 Workstation. This integrated version allows the Radiologist, with one mouse click, to select a job from their PACS worklist, start a new WinScribe job, automatically populating Internet Author with the PACS session number.

HL7 module
The ability to integrate WinScribe with third party applications via HL7 messaging is now available. WsHL7Service is a multi-purpose application, designed for all kinds of HL7 messages and HL7 message versions. WsHL7Service can meet all the requirements of HL7 definitions for all HIS applications, and all customers, without the need for application recompiling. This Application effectively maps a table which acts as a bridge between the HL7 messaging system and the WinScribe dictation server

2003 International Congress of Radiation Research ™
Integrated Solutions recently attended the International Radiation Research convention held at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre between 17 - 22 August, showcasing digital dictation solutions suitable for the medical industry.

The four (4) day event attracted over 1000 delegates from all over the world and Integrated Solutions was there.

Winscribe AGFA integration at MIA Queensland
Integrated Solutions has successfully completed the installation of Winscribe with integration into AGFA PACS Impax DS3000 at MIA Queensland.

MIA Group Limited is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging company, providing a full range of services including traditional radiology, advanced imaging, MRI and nuclear medicine - with a growing profile in radiation oncology and a strategic presence in the United Kingdom diagnostic imaging markets. MIA Group Limited in Queensland are committed to both the private and public sectors servicing the majority of Central Queensland regions delivering superior prompt service and technical excellence.

As part of MIA's contunuous growth and quality of service, the importance and efficiency of patient care resulted in the need for Radiologists to work remotely from the clinic. This inturn saw the need for a solution where the radiologists can still access both their filmless imaging and digital dictation applications.

Using the AGFA PACS Impax DS3000 system as part of a filmless environment for the Radiologists, MIA Queensland needed a digital dictation solution that would securely transfer voice files easily and promptly through their network connection. Winscribe gave MIA Queensland this ability. Without any patient records easily accessable MIA Queensland needed a solution for their AGFA PACS system to work in conjuction with Winscribe.

With the new custom module developed by Winscribe, radiologists using the AGFA PACS Impax DS3000 workstation can automatically and correctly populate data from the Impax system directly into WinScribe, eliminating the need to manually enter in patient details thereby reducing errors and increasing efficiency of the radiologists.
