NEW FEATURES :

WEB MANAGER:
This new feature allows for web-based management of your Winscribe System from any workstation on your network using a simple web browser.
Web Manager eliminates the need to create new users and maintain your Winscribe system at the server or via terminal services.

EXPORTER:
WinScribe 3.4 now includes an Exporter that allows exporting of WinScribe jobs (vox files and associated demographics) from one WinScribe server to another WinScribe server across the Internet.

PDA Client:

• Allows you to enter key information such as the case number
• Allows you to dictate, insert, rewind, forward, mark a job as a priority, leave a job open, discard a job, complete a job
• Allows you to add notes to your dictation
• Allows you to review a job and continue dictating on that job if the status is still waiting for typing
• Allows you to search for a particular job based on a number of different criterias e.g author name, job number, keyfield, date, etc
• Allows you to view the properties of the job

Dorevitch Pathology is a leading provider of pathology and medical diagnostic services to doctors, specialists and hospitals throughout Victoria.

As part of Mayne Pathology, Dorevitch Pathology provides services to over 70 private and public hospitals in Melbourne and regional Victoria/New South Wales, with over 102 collection centres and a network of 16 laboratories spread throughout these regions.

Dorevitch pathology looked to Winscribe as their digital dictation solution to increase efficiencies of users and make better use of resources.

With the report process being completed by typists throughout different laboratories, Winscribe offered a solution which would minimise turn around time of typed reports and allow the sharing of workload in a better managed environment.

NEW STAFF MEMBER - LYNDAL CARTER

Lyndal commenced with Integrated Solutions on 1 March as a member of our digital office team.

During her career, Lyndal has held positions ranging from personal assistant to office and system administration in legal firms in the Cairns and Townsville region for over 10 years. During this time, she gained extensive experience with the Locus legal accounting system.

Lyndal completed a Bachelor of IT degree at James Cook University in Townsville in 2001 and gained the position of eBusiness Consultant with Midware in Brisbane. Her work was primarily in the areas of template development for the Open Practice legal practice management system and in precedent development for online document assembly.

Lyndal brings to the team of I.S extensive experience and knowledge in HotDocs® document automation and assembly systems, as well as document management systems.

Away from her pc, Lyndal enjoys reading, long bushwalks and is an avid moviegoer.
